We are looking for a sharp, quick-learning E-Commerce associate who has basic hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge of Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart. This role requires someone who understands the fundamentals of how these marketplaces work, can follow structured processes, and is capable of handling multiple platforms under supervision. The ideal candidate enjoys research, is detail-driven, and can grasp concepts quickly.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing day-to-day operations across Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart
· Perform structured product research to identify profitable opportunities, niches, and trends
· Conduct general research to support team decisions and marketplace strategy Help create, update, and maintain product listings (titles, keywords, pricing, variations, attributes)
· Support marketplace ad tasks by pulling reports, adding keywords, and updating basic settings under supervision
· Monitor performance metrics, update reporting sheets, and highlight key observations
· Follow marketplace SOPs and stay updated on rules, policies, and best practices
· Learn new tools, processes, and techniques quickly as part of training.
Requirements:
· 6 months of experience OR solid practical understanding of Amazon/Etsy/Walmart basics
· Ability to think logically and understand what makes a listing profitable
· Strong research capability (competitors, pricing, keywords, trends)
· Basic understanding of ads and keyword concepts on e-commerce platforms
· Comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
· High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
· Quick learner with good problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and organizational abilities
