Required Qualification & Experience:
· Minimum Graduate preferably Masters with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
· Should know how to drive the full-cycle of recruitment process from sourcing interviewing and negotiation.
· Can lead and shape Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure its alignment with Human Resources and Banks’ business strategy.
· Design induction programs and job advertisement to attract & recruit the desired quality of people at different levels and create strong talent pipelines for bank’s current and future hiring needs.
· Responsible to facilitate in developing and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures.
· Develop trusting relationships with the stakeholders.
· Should be able to create an exceptional candidate experience and stimulate employment branding activities.
Required Skills:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
· Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
· Ability to assess the value, importance, or quality of people.
· Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work,
identifying the best people for the job.
· Good time management skills
