Position: Team Lead – Talent Acquisition
Placement: Head Office, Lahore
Required Experience: 5 – 7 years especially in the Banking sector
Qualification: Graduation/Masters Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business.
Job Specifications:
The position is responsible for full life cycle recruitment on business-critical roles and responsibility to identify and acquire strong talent for business.
Preparation of Job Advertisements, CV shortlisting, Interview scheduling
Effectively utilize tools such as FINCA Career portal, search engines, job boards, and social channels to source candidates
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Establish partnerships with universities, and other institutions as applicable to extract potential candidates for future needs.
Ensure all vacancies are filled up with suitable candidates in a targeted time as per the approved budget
Ensure compliance with Recruitment and Selection policies and processes, contributing to the development of these as required
Technical skills:
Good analytical and have a working knowledge of HRIS
HR policies and manpower planning
Social media channels, headhunting, conducting walk-ins, mass hiring
CTS/ATS (Applicants Tracking System) experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
