HR Specialist (Talent Acquisition, Performance and Organizational Development) is required with 8-10 years experience in the Human Capital Management Department at the FPCL Head Office, Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Drive the performance management system in a way that supports regular feedback, goal setting, and timely performance evaluations.
- Assess organizational needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Implement initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention.
- Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for structural and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and align with best practices.
- Utilize SAP S/4 Hana to manage applicant data, generate recruitment analytics, and assist organization development processes.
Technical Competencies:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, employee retention initiatives and managing the employee lifecycle.
- Knowledge and experience with Organizational Development interventions and Performance Management Systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills:
