Job Role: Management Associate IT
Location: Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

1. Network Administration: Setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks.
2. Troubleshooting and Support: Support to end-users, diagnose network issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and functionality.
3. Infrastructure Management: Design, implementation, and optimization of network infrastructure.
4. Monitoring and Security: Monitoring network performance, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
6. Collaboration and Project Participation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects & contribute ideas.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and operating systems.
Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
