Position: Import Executive (Pre-Shipment) – (Post-Shipment)
Job Details
- Company: FF Steel, a Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer with units in Lahore and Peshawar.
- Department: Supply Chain Department (Imports Section).
- Location: Gujranwala.
- Number of Positions: 02.
- Salary (PKR): 75,000/- to 80,000/-.
- Benefits: EOBI, Group Health & Life Insurance, Provident Fund, Bonus, and Paid Leaves.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BBA, B.Com, M.COM, ICMA, or MBA in Finance.
- Experience: 1-2 years in import management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: * Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) and Incoterms.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP software (preferred).
- Other Skills: Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing import documentation.
- Coordinating with international suppliers, shipping lines, ports, and customs clearing agencies.
- Reconciling invoices from shipping lines, ports, and customs agencies.
- Calculating landed costs and processing AP invoices in SAP for imported shipments.
