HEAD (BANKING & FINANCE)
FF Steel, a leading Grade 60 Steel Bars manufacturer, having large-scale production units in Lahore & Peshawar, is seeking applications from talented, passionate, and energetic professionals for their Finance & Accounts department.
Location: Peshawar
Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer
Salary (PKR): Market Competitive

Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, debt & capital markets, and treasury with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large borrowing portfolios, IPO readiness, and trade finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and manage large-scale short-term and long-term borrowing facilities with financial institutions.
- Undertake feasibility studies for new projects.
- Identify and recommend innovative financing solutions to optimize the company’s capital structure.
- Assist in the company’s listing at the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
- Monitor market trends and advise management on financial risk mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Lead corporate secretarial function for board approvals, regulatory filings, and reporting obligations.
- Assume the role of Company Secretary in due course.

Location: Hayatabad, Peshawar
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000

B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA (Finance & Accounts) having 1-2 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit department preferably in a manufacturing concern setup. Incumbent will be responsible for SAP Data entry of audited files, Vouching of interbank and RM Suppliers Payments, Verifying the Bank Reconciliations provided by the Accounts department, Vouching of PCS and incomings, Coordination with Accounts Record keeper for swift files provision to Audit department Good MS Office especially in MS Excel, written and verbal communication are prerequisite. Preference will be given to those having hands-on experience in any ERP software.
