Job Responsibilities:
- Lead production and maintenance operations across multiple shifts, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Monitor team performance, assign duties, resolve issues during shifts, and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coach and develop team members in problem-solving, accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Train new staff, manage employee requests, and support inter-departmental coordination for smooth plant operations.
- Drive improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and cost while promoting a proactive, detail-oriented, and value-driven culture.
