Job Responsibilities:
1) Safety of Personnel & Equipment.
2) Smooth Operation of cereals plant production, ensuring Plan vs Actual compliance <80%.
3) To perform daily/ weekly/ monthly GMP compliance check points
4) To ensure implementation of machines/ department startup and shut down as per SOP
5) To ensure and perform net content check, seal check and code printing checks
6) To control packaging material losses by taking Proactive steps to control wastage & improve machine efficiency
7) To control and report grains yield %, grain losses and weight of gains issued to production
