Job Title: Assistant Manager HVACR
Department: Plant Operations
Experience: 8 to 10 Year of hands-on HVACR Experience, and expertise in Air Compressor, Water Treatment Plant (RO) are preferable
Education: DAE / B. Tech / BSc. Engineering – Mechanical or HVACR
Location: Plant Site, Bhalwal
Main Responsibilities:
· Overseas day to day operation of Ammonia Refrigeration System, Air Compressor, Water Treatment Plant, Air Handling Units and Air Conditioners.
· Maintain and execute Planned Maintenance (defined by OEM) on Ammonia Refrigeration System, Air Compressors, Water Treatment Plants, Air Handling Units and Air Conditioners Machinery.
· Performs Heating, Cooling and Ventilation load analysis and ensures compliance of design with all applicable codes and regulations.
· Ensure compliance to all applicable Safety standards and timely maintenance of equipment safety.
· Drive Energy and Cost optimization in Ammonia Refrigeration, Air Compressor and Water Treatment Plant.
· Team Management and Development.
Skills Required:
· Understanding of mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation &
Controls system.
· Hands-on experience of operation, maintenance and
troubleshooting of Air compressors, Ammonia Compressor, RO
Plants and Air Handling Units.
· Working knowledge of SAP PM module.
· People Management skills, Excellent communication and
presentation skills
· MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience: 3-4 Years
Education: DAE / B.Tech Electrical
Location: Plant Site, Bhalwal
Main Responsibilities:
· Responsible to manage HFO Gensets Operations and Maintenance.
· Responsible to drive efficiency and cost optimization in Genset operations.
· Responsible for team supervision, compliance to Safety and all applicable standards in shift operations.
· Responsible for HFO Storage Area, Decanting, waste heat recovery boiler as per safety standards.
· Responsible for timely reporting of data and operational parameters, log sheets and shift reports management.
Skills Required:
· HT, LT Control System, Synchronization, Distribution and maintenance expertise of electrical side.
· Hands on expertise of Genset trouble shooting and Problem solving skills.
· Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings including spare parts identification.
· Understanding of Electrical Safety standards, hazard analysis, LOTO implementation and personal safety requirements.
· Should have basic Knowledge of MS Office, good verbal and written communication skills.
