Fatima Group Jobs Sr Corporate Officer:
Fatima Group is hiring for Sr. Corporate Officer at Fatima Sugar Mill Ltd. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: BBA / LLB from HEC recognized university.
Experience: 3 to 5 Years of experience.
Location: Multan
Knowledge and Skills:
- Arrange and coordinate Board and Committee meetings.
- Conduct audits, including Free Float Audit & CDC Nominee Audit.
- Ensure compliance with dividend disbursement requirements.
- Prepare & publish AGM/ EGM notices in newspapers.
- Draft board resolutions in accordance with legal requirements.
- File statutory returns with the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
- Maintain accurate records of statutory books.
- Handle other corporate matters related to non-fertilizer businesses.
- Comprehensive understanding of Companies Act, 2017; PSX Rule Book, Securities Act, and CCG – 19.
