Fatima Group Jobs Senior Manager Finance & Treasury:
Fatima Group is hiring for Sr. Manager Finance & Treasury at Reliance Weaving Mills Ltd. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: ACCA / CA
Experience: 8 – 10 Years preferably in textile sector.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible of all aspects of long & short term financial requirement of the company.
- Experience and understanding of core finance facilities and respective collaterals management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the execution of Drawing Power (DP).
Review fund needs, monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management. - Ability to analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, Forward, loans, deposits, etc).
- Overseeing cash and liquidity management through cash flow planning and forecasting.
- Understanding and strong negotiation skills of export document financing.
- Local and Export LCs and timely execution of LC retirement.
- Understanding of Import Clearance and Documentation.
- Monitoring the preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Exploring financing options and maintaining relationships with lenders and investors to support working capital requirements.
- Understanding of SECP standards, SBP Prudential Regulation, Foreign Exchange Regulations, UCP and Trade Finance.
