Fatima Group Jobs Plant Operator:
Fatima Group is hiring for Plant Operator at Pak Arab Plant Multan. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: F.Sc. Pre Engineering or 3-Year Related Diploma
Experience: 10 to15 years of total experience. 5 years experience as panel operator at urea plant.
Key Requirements:
- Sound technical knowledge of plant operations.
- Plant start-up, shut down & trouble shooting skills.
- Efficient monitoring & controlling of process control parameters.
- Understanding of Urea ESD system
- Excellent Communication with other interfaces like shift supervisor, field operators, other plants panel operators & site coordination engineer.
- Knowledge of SCD system & its defeat.
- Handover process plant and equipment for maintenance by applying specified isolations/venting.
- Maintain job place in a safe, clean and tidy condition by periodic housekeeping.
- Take part in risk assessment, trouble-shooting and fault-finding activities
- Compliance to site specific PTW requirements.
- Identification of HSE hazards in the work place & its rectification.
- Reporting of HSE Incidents & training of field operators.
- Knowledge of Process safety management system.
