Job Requirements: Minimum BE / BS in Mechanical Engineering, Well familiar with warehousing and procurement practices, 5-6 year experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas Industry in field of Material Warehousing and Procurement
Detailed Description:
Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems (Oracle/SAP) & Sphera, Warehousing System and Inventory optimization / control methods, Solid grasp on Supply Chain Modules, Understanding of Taxes and Excise Duties, ITB development, Bids and Vendor’s documents review, Techno Commercial Analysis of proposal including life cycle cost analysis, In depth knowledge of working principle, construction, maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, fans/blowers, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, vessels etc. Knowledge of applicable maintenance codes and standards
Good command on ERP system and MS EXCEL, Strong Analytical Skills, Effective Team Management and Team Development Skills, Excellent Communication and Technical Presentation Skills, Excellent Negotiation Skills & Solid Follow-up & Coordination Skills, Must be proficient in English both in oral and written

Experience: 6 + Years of Experience of Reliability/Maintenance, Preferably of Fertilizers/ Refinery

Knowledge:
1. In depth knowledge of working principle, construction, maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps (especially installed at slurry handling plants), fans/blowers, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, vessels etc.
2. Technically proficient, capable of delivering the plant objectives in term of HSE, Safe Operating Philosophy, Cost and Plant Reliability.
3. Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
Skills:
1. Excellent operational skills of Microsoft Office & Oracle bases CMMS system
2. Sound Communication Skills (Oral & Written), Analytical skills, Planning & Organizing Skills, Report writing skills & Decision making skills
