Fatima Group Jobs Machinery Engineer:
Fatima Group is hiring for Machinery Engineer at Pakarab Plant Site, Multan. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification & Experience: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering with 6 – 8 years’ experience of machinery maintenance preferably in a Fertilizer plant.
Brief Description
1) Developing and implementation of major and routine maintenance plans regarding preventive maintenance, schedule inspections and overhauling as per schedules.
2) Maintain an optimum level of spares in order to meet Preventive as well as Corrective Maitenance (even in case of emergencies) with minimum inventory cost thru procurement by initiating Purchase Requisitions / Job Requests, technical evaluation of bids, inpsection of received material, exploring / availing economical options etc.
4) Technical analysis and investigation of the problems with various rotary machines & decision makings to formulate attainable solutions.
5) Preparation and monitoring for Budget for spares, general store items, major replacements and capital items.
6) Troubleshooting in addition to preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of machines i.e., Compressors, Turbines, Pumps, Fans, Gear Boxes & Auxiliaries / Accessories etc.
7) Development of training plans & training modules and conduct training of employees to enhance quality in work and to boost the standards of maintenance in addition to creating awareness and expertise amongst all the employees for general and specific tasks.
