Fatima Group is hiring for District Sales Manager, DG Khan in Marketing & Sales Division. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: MBA Marketing
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience preferably in fertilizer or FMCG industry.
Location: DG Khan
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving Sales Targets? Responsible for attainment of company sales goals and profitability within the assigned region; ? Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations; ? Ensure execution of action plans and implementation of customer service standards; ? Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets; Resolve related problems;? Provide sales data trends and develop sales projections accordingly? Ensure the execution of the company sales plans at the grass roots level within the assigned district. Market Development in order to achieve business objectives resulting in business growth? In conjunction with the RSM, identify underdeveloped areas with high sales potential and to ensure the availability of the product accordingly with the aim to increase market share and market penetration;? Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities; ? Survey customer needs and trends while tracking competitors’ activities; ? Analyze market dynamics to determine sales volume potential;Customer Relationships Management? Maintain and expand customer base in the assigned district; ? Ensure sustained positive relationships with key customers; Identify and develop new customers;? Manage and ensure that customer complaints are handled in an effective and timely manner. Apply
