Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for lighting products. Managing client relationships, and providing guidance to team members. Analyze market trends, monitor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving business growth. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and product strategies.
Education: BEE from reputed university, MBA will be a plus. Experience: 6 to 8 years of sales experience Relevant Industry: Lighting, electrical & electronic devices, pipes, tiles, other building material manufacturing companies.
