We’re Hiring! Assistant Manager R&D – Seasonings
We are seeking a professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in seasoning and spice blend development, including:
. Formulation of dry seasonings, spice blends, and flavour systems
. Product matching & flavour optimisation
. Sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies
. Seasoning lab operations & analytical testing
. Strong understanding of food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
. BS/MS in Food Science & Technology
. 3–5 years of proven experience in seasonings/spice blend development (mandatory)
