AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) HAZARA BELT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure assigned sales target with effective sales strategy and execution
- Effective Team development
- Conduct Market Analysis in line with Sales KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Effective Distribution Development and Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure team performance tracking and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years sales experience in FMCG (Preferably in Snacks & Confectionery) in Hazara belt
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA/Equivalent education in related field is preferable.
- Strong analytical skills for market trends, sales data and competitor analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned geographical territory frequently
- Location: Hazara Belt (Base Town Abbottabad) Note: Applicant must be Abbottabad resident
