WE’RE HIRING: System Administrator – IT
Location: Karachi
Express Media Group is looking for a skilled System Administrator (IT) to manage, maintain, and support our IT infrastructure across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory & Group Policy
-Monitor system performance, backups, security, and antivirus solutions
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server-related issues
-Practical knowledge of SQL Server Administration and Kaspersky Endpoint Security Antivirus solutions
-Solid understanding of FTP services, LAN, WAN, and core networking concepts
-Manage firewalls (Fortigate/Sophos), VMware ESXi & Veeam
-Administer and support mail server infrastructure, preferably MailEnable Enterprise Premium.
-Ensure uptime and smooth IT operations across Print, TV, and Digital teams
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT
-3-4 years of experience in system administration or IT support
-Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server
-Understanding of LAN/WAN, networking concepts, and system security
-Experience with backups, patches, and antivirus solutions
-Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
