Assist in designing and delivering training programs

Maintain training records and prepare reports
Support internal communication related to learning initiatives
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in L&D or HR
Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools
