RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of lube products.
- Timely data entry in SAP systems for stock in/out transactions.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Coordinate with audit teams for periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team for stock replenishment.
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and sales departments for dispatch and receiving matters.
- Generate and submit monthly stock and movement reports to HOD.
- Escalate any critical issues related to stock variance or operational delays.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ Years of Experience required. OMC experience will be preferred.
- A well-organized individual with great communication and management skills.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Well-versed with SAP.
