Job Title: FRONT DESK OFFICER (FEMALE)
Role Description: FDO is an administrative support position, to receive or greet visitors, answer/dial telephone calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and sorting daily emails
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable by putting all material in place
- Providing basic information to walk-in persons and via email/phone. Answering and forwarding incoming calls
- Responding to staff inquiries, receiving visitors, greeting and announcing them appropriately
- Auditing the courier company bill every month by reconciling the same with our dispatch register
- Maintaining track records and sending it back to the concerned department
- Preparing daily system generated attendance report by ZKTeco
- Recording and monitoring of site utility bills along with tasks assigned by the Administration Department
REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate with at least 1-2 years of work experience
- Someone who is good at multitasking
- Someone with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
