RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining a good relationship between Euro Oil and the retailer at the site level.
- Help, support, and advise retailers to ensure maximum profitability for Euro Oil and the retailer.
- Guide and motivate the retailers to maximize their sales potential while keeping Euro Oil’s interests protected.
- Supporting and ensuring that retailers deliver their best performance in all quarters.
- Strategize to meet sales and retail targets for your allocated geographical area.
- Ensure that the retailer trains their staff and works on their development so they can deliver a great consumer experience.
- Prepare sales forecast and ensure achievement of volume targets.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build a network with dealers and authorities for new retail outlet leads.
- Plan and conduct training for retail outlet dealers, sales staff, and pump attendants on customer service, product knowledge, and safety practices. Coordinate promotional campaign to boost brand visibility.
- Manage end-to-end operations of retail outlets, including staff management, reconciliation, and adherence to operational and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 Years of Experience, mainly in Retail sales. OMC experience will be preferred.
- Age should not be more than 35 Years.
- A well-organized individual with great communication, management, and negotiation skills.
- Candidates should be from Bahawalpur, Multan, and Faisalabad or willing to relocate.
