Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR data and assist in Organizational Development initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining accurate databases, preparing reports, and supporting learning, engagement, and culture-building activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and information systems with accuracy
• Assist in HR Data compilation and prepare regular reports on (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance, training)
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of HR information.
• Support in preparing dashboards and presentations for management
• Assist in planning and execution of OD initiatives
• Provide data and insights for performance management and OD-related projects
• Contribute to HR surveys, feedback analysis, and engagement activities

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as generalist
