We are looking for Business Development Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, demand patterns, and potential investment opportunities in high-rise residential properties.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and positioning.
- Utilize various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital platforms to generate new business leads.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns promptly to maintain strong, trust-based relationships.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales principles and tactics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Real Estate experience and high rise experience preferred.
