Escorts Investment Bank Limited is looking for an Accounts Officer / Executive
An accounts officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial planning and budgeting. Some of the key responsibilities of an accounts officer may include:
· Recording financial transactions: ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and that the books of accounts are up-to-date.
· Maintaining financial records: must keep a record of all financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements, and ensure that they are properly filed and organized.
· Managing accounts receivable and payable: responsible for managing the organization’s accounts receivable and payable. This includes creating invoices, collecting payments, and paying bills on time.
· Assisting with financial planning and budgeting: must work closely with senior management to develop and maintain the organization’s financial plan and budget.
· Preparing financial reports: must prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis to provide management with insights into the organization’s financial performance.
· Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations: must ensure that the organization complies with all accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards and auditing requirements.
Qualification: BBA (Hons) / MBA / BS, MS Accounting / B.COM, M.COM / ACCA
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Salary: Depending upon the profile
