This role will lead electrical maintenance operations to ensure plant reliability, availability, and HSE compliance. The position oversees generators, transformers, HV/MV systems, protection relays, and switchgear maintenance, while optimising maintenance programmes, managing outages, controlling budgets, and coordinating with OEMs to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates with a BE/ME in Electrical Engineering and 7–8 years of relevant experience in power, oil & gas, or petrochemical plants are encouraged to apply.
- Engro Energy is hiring a Deputy Manager Planning – SECMC, based at the Thar Site.
This role will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities across capital projects. The position ensures projects are delivered on time and within approved budgets through robust project controls, KPI monitoring, risk and variance analysis, contractor coordination, and performance reporting aligned with governance standards.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, PMP certification, and 6–8 years of relevant project planning experience are encouraged to apply.
