Do you think you can take up the following Roles and Responsibilities?
- Proven working experience in mechanical engineering related projects which include HVAC, Plumbing, Compressed Air, Gas and Water Distribution work in an industrial environment.
- Provide input in design development and lead the design process of mechanical systems with the help of cross functional teams and consultants.
- Prepare RFQs for various small and medium projects of both operational and strategic nature.
- Liaise with functional departments for smooth execution of projects and operational activities.
- Follow up with contractors from start till execution and supervise the project as per drawings and specifications.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations which includes permits and safety, deliver technical files and other documentation as required.
- Manage, design, and develop small-scale mechanical projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on-site supervision of mechanical works and assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies in work.
- Verify contractor billing and cost control.
- Monitor and share progress, compile reports in project status.
- Hand over the resulting projects and services up to satisfaction of Project Sponsor/End user.
