Position: Key Accounts Coordinator
Department: Sales
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s in finance (master’s preferable)
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Brief for duties and responsibilities:
· To submit invoice documents to Key Account customers
· To timely share payment details and clearance update from finance
· To maintain monthly invoice tracking sheet
· To generate effective claims for end to end responsibility till clearance in SAP
· To submit WBS data and follow up for creating allowance in A&P budget
· To compile A&P expenditure monthly report
· To recheck KA customer promotion/merchandising debit notes against SAP data
· To process credit notes
· To coordinate with the warehouses for invoice/credit note processes and stock availability
· To reconcile with KA customer ledgers, through coordination with finance
· To submit outstanding invoice details and action plan
