Experience: 2+ years
Brief for duties and responsibilities:
• Manage and check the operation team duties of Chiller plant, AHU’s, Cold Storage, Low/High Temperature Water Supply, Air Compressor for proper functioning of system for 24 hours.
• Operate & maintain all the assigned systems at its best possible level.
• Prepare standard operation procedure for all equipment under HVAC umbrella.
• Implement Standard operation procedure for all equipment under HVAC umbrella.
• Check and manage for logging of operation parameters for different machines.
• Co-ordinate with outside vendor’s for critical issues of equipment.
• Check and manage ISO audit files for all operation parameters of equipment.
• Analyse future requirements of plant and propose solutions for procedures and systems.
• Prepare and summarize projects for the financial year and present to management for their approval.
• Prepare and arrange vendors, service providers, commissioners for projects.
