Position: Assistant Manager Admin IR
Location: CFL (Hattar)
Department: Administration
Qualification: Masters
Experience: 5-8 years
Brief for duties:
- Manage daily strength for production to achieve production plan of target Master cartons.
- Supervise and monitor the service provider’s performance to ensure smooth functioning and 3P commitment to meet all liabilities related to government institutions.
- Handle and desire of the service providers issues at workplace to ensure industrial peace
- Ensure team building among all service providers
- Supervise and ensure timely preparation of contractual worker’s EOBI & ESSI card and opening of bank account to complete personal file
- Ensure credibility of underline staff by surprise checking as per company’s policy
- Supervise monthly contractual payroll and ensure the coordination with finance for on time disbursement of salaries and other payments.
- Deal with the day-to-day activities of IR and ER and liaison with Head of Admin IR and Security.
- Ensure proper implementation of IR and ER SOPs
- Follow and conclude pending legal cases
