Position: HR Executive
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
Experience:At least 2 years of working experience in related field would be preferred
Location: Karachi
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for candidates including candidate tracking and scheduling of the candidate through the recruitment process, providing first line screening, managing interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
- Uploading, building on and maintaining an internal talent pool of relevant candidates.
- Accountable for ensuring that all the Lifecycle processes (probation, exits & transfers) are delivered effectively.
- Manage the employee life cycle & employer branding portfolio to facilitate smooth connect between employee & employer.
- Implementation of HR Automation for all the Life Cycle processes.
- Ensure that all employee files are maintained as per the audit requirement.
