Job Responsibility:
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services or obtain details of complaints.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
• Knowledge of computer and internet devices and clear communication skills.
• Respond to customer inquiries or handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Develop stable & smooth customer relationship.
• All other task assigns by Head of Department.
Requirements:
• Graduation with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good Communication Skills in English & Urdu
• knowledge of social media platforms
• Command and fluency in Urdu & English languages.

Primary responsibilities
• Answer phones and operate a extensions
• Route calls to specific people.
• Answer inquiries about company.
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
• Call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• Ensure reception area is tidy.
• Coordinate office activities.
• Hand out employee applications.
• Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in
• Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
• Schedule follow-up appointments.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree
• Prior experience as a receptionist
• Consistent, professional dress and manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
