We are looking for Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) to join our Warehouse Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in overseeing warehouse processes – receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Learn and implement warehouse policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs.
- Work closely with supervisors to optimize workforce and inventory management.
- Analyze operational data and contribute to process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, evening shifts, or any shift assigned as per business needs.
