Elite Estates Private limited (EIGHTEEN) is intending to hire the following position in Islamabad Office;
Position: Senior Facility Manager.
Department. Facility Management
1.Manage maintenance and operations of handed over infrastructure and residential buildings facilities.
2.Manage and prepare departmental budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.
3.To maintain and ensure that facilities on ground and residential buildings are safe and well-functioning.
4.Make staffing decisions and prepare employee and prepare employees performance appraisals.
5.Develop and implement system solutions to problems and issue through collaboration with subordinate employees and cross functional team.
6.Exercise strong leadership skills and promotes improvements initiatives in daily operations.
7.Track performance to meet objective.
8.Develop/maintain positive relationship with customer resident and facilities staff.
9.Develop policies and guidelines for facility inspection, setup, maintenance and repair.
10.Manage and review service contracts.
11.Manage outsourced service used for installing, building or repairing facilities as needed.
12.Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standard .
13.Plan and direct facilities maintenance, repair and project activities.
14.Oversaw installation and implementation of design drawings.
15.Site Management: Follow up on construction progress on-site and create detailed quality reports.
16.Consultant Oversight: Monitor and evaluate the consultant’s performance
Education: BSC in civil engineering
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in civil works and residential projects.
Communication Skills:
Must have good spoken English and strong communication skills.
Evaluation: Ability to assess constructed items and fully finished works.
