Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor – estimation & proposal (1 civil, 1 mechanical, 1 electrical)
Location: Lahore
Education: DAE/B.Tech Civil
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years as quantity surveyor of understanding client requirements & project scope, estimation of quantities/BOQs, rate analysis, preparation of techno commercial proposals as per client requirements, market rate analysis, , sourcing of sub-contractor, rate negotiation and contract agreement with sub-contractor, IPCs/IRs and sub-contractor work billing. Previous experience in on bulk oil depot/high rise building/retail outlet construction and advance level working experience on MS Excel and SAP is mandatory.
