Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire a “Manager Admin” to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Manage petty cash and oversee procurement of local market items, including requisitions and cash handling through ERP systems.
-Maintain accurate records of approved and pending requisitions in the ERP.
-Distribute cash salaries to workers securely and on time.
-Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations; maintain required documentation.
-Lead and supervise the Admin team, overseeing housekeeping, fleet, and security operations.
-Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff while ensuring effective workforce administration.
-Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures in line with company standards.
-Monitor and enforce security protocols; manage in-and-out logs for employees, visitors, and materials.
-Plan and execute company-wide events, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
-Drive continuous improvement in administrative functions and operational processes.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or related field
-6+ years’ admin/operations experience, preferably in manufacturing
-Proficient in ERP (procurement & requisition)
-Strong knowledge of labor laws & HSE regulations
-Excellent organizational, communication & leadership skills
-Skilled in multitasking and decision-making under pressure
