Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire an “Assistant Manager Procurement“

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable terms.
-Oversee the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
-Closely monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance.
-Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and alignment with business goals.
-Coordinate with inventory and quality teams to maintain stock levels and ensure timely clearance of necessary materials.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
-Work closely with other departments, including accounts, production, and quality, to support overall business objectives.
-Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, savings, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

-MBA in Supply Chain
-At least 3 years of relevant experience
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Analytical and problem-solving ability
