We are looking to hire a “Senior Executive Human Resources”.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Oversee and manage the HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
-Implement and manage the Performance Management System to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.
-Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
-Manage attendance records and ensure compliance with attendance policies and regulations.
-Plan and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
-Lead initiatives to promote a better and more inclusive culture within the organization.
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
-Manage compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
-Collaborate with the team to support in departmental goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
-At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR management.
-Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
-Experience in implementing and managing HR metrics.
-Proven track record in implementing Performance Management Systems.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office.
