We are looking for an Assistant Manager Operations to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Develop documents to analyze production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
-Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth workflow.
-Monitor all machines and maintenance logs within the department.
-Coordinate with machine manufacturers/suppliers for troubleshooting and maintenance.
-Identify and implement quality and process improvement initiatives.
-Manage daily production targets and minimize downtime.
-Assist in machine installations as required.
-Track and monitor departmental expenses to ensure budget compliance.
-Oversee dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
-Anticipate import delivery timelines and mitigate potential shortages.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations.
