We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager/ Property Consultant/ Senior Property Consultant/ Relationship officer and Relationship Manager to join our team.
Location: Islamabad/Karachi
Responsibilities:
Sales person will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities*: Research and identify potential customers, and develop strategies to engage with them.
2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships*: Develop strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
3. Conduct Sales Presentations and Demonstrations*: Showcase our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value.
4. Negotiate and Close Sales Deals*: Work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
5. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets*: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven Sales Experience: 3 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or in Banking or Insurance company.
2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills*: Ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
3. Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills*: Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
4. Industry Knowledge Familiarity with our industry, products, and services.
5. Must have Bachelor degree or any relevant degree.
