Responsibilities:
To attract & retain top-level talent from the market through effective employer branding for the progress and growth of the company in timely and efficient way
• To Develop Annual Recruitment Plan with Relevant Department heads as per the requirement
• Formation of KPI based Job Descriptions for middle and above level management positions
• Content writing for job adverts as per requirement of the position and sharing on relevant websites & in groups
• Lead employee engagement activities throughout the organization Actively plan & coordinate ernployer-branding initiatives both online on social sites and through career fairs
