Edenrobe is looking for HEAD OF HR
JOB PURPOSE: This role involves managing the execution of HR Strategy and core areas of the HR functional scope including, but not limited to, Recruitment, Employment Relation, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, HR Budgeting, Reward and Recognition, as well as aligning HR systems in line with Organizational strategy.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Education: Master’s in HR and certifications in HR would be preferred.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years.
- Software/Tools: Microsoft Office Suite / ERP.
- Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, laws and procedures. Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
