Position 1: Lead Salesforce Architect
Requirements:
- Apex Applications development experience on Salesforce.
- Good programming and logic building skills on Salesforce. Week coding skills shall not cut it.
- Past experience on Salesforce in FinTech industry shall be a plus.
- Experience developing custom views and custom logic using Apex on Salesforce.
Position 2: C/C++ Developer
Requirements:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C++ code
- Network programming (TCP/IP, secure communication)
- Linux/Windows/macOS
- Embedded systems experience desired
- Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification
Position 3: Business Analyst
Requirements:
- Work with project stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for software development projects.
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends, competitive products, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that requirements are properly translated into technical specifications.
- Review and validate software design documents and test plans to ensure that they meet the business requirements.
- Perform product comparisons and evaluations to help guide decision-making.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Experience in Test Management is a plus.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate training for end-users.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure that business needs are being met.
Position 4: Product Owner
Requirements:
- Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the product development team
- Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and customer and consumer trends
- Analyzing consumer research data and recording product defects
- Determining improvements to product features and recommending new features and products
- Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals.
- Work on defining product roadmap, managing backlog and conducting sprint planning
- Preparing project status and risk management reports
Position 5: UI/UX Designer
Requirements:
- Develop and visualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy.
-Translate the finalized designs/mockups into WordPress page builders like elementor or DIVI builder. - Production of high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual graphics, storyboards, sitemaps, and prototypes.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Photoshop)
- Develop illustrations, social media creatives, logos and other designs, work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
