Qualification: Bachelors (B. Com)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Job Description
- Overall responsibility of MEP Islamabad warehouse operations
- Fulfill all SOPs related to warehouse operations
- Manages projects stock in warehouse as per requirement of all regions
- Manage GMV, LCAC stock
- Manage spare parts in WH for all regions
- Inspect the stock before movement
- Proper inspection of return material from project sites
- Reconcile all inventory with MIS daily basis
- Proper stacking of stock as per available space
- Proper placement of bin cards on relevant stock
- Bin cards always updated as per MIS report as well as Physical Stock
- Move inventory and materials across facilities
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
- Make sure all stock in warehouses is neat and clean
- Fulfill MIS compliance
- Full control on MS Office specifically MS Excel
- Update all other reports like Excel on daily basis
- WH related all documents placed in proper files
- Any discrepancy found report to line manager
- Timely fulfill any other task given by management
