DWP Group is hiring “Head of Finance & Accounts” for its Commercial Air-conditioning (MEP) business.
Qualifications:
- ACA with min 03 years post qualification experience in financial leadership role.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning and successful execution of financial initiatives.
- Strong understanding of MEP dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Ethical conduct and integrity in financial decision-making and reporting.
