Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field). Master’s/MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of banking experience, including 2-3 years in branch operations at a supervisory/managerial level.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of branch operations, SBP regulations, AML/CFT, KYC, and internal controls.
- Skills: Leadership, audit handling, risk management, customer service, and core banking systems proficiency.
