Administrative Assistant is required in Dr. Ziauddin Hospital (Head Office – Sukkur Campus).
Responsibilities:
-provide administrative support to the corporate department manager and team.
-handle correspondence and communication with corporate clients.
-assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
-Maintain files and records related to corporate admissions and client interactions.
-Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
-Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Qualification: Intermediate
Experience: 1 to 2 years

Responsibilities:
-Supervise the implementation of company policies and SOPs within the corporate department.
-lead efforts in enlisting new corporate clients in sukkur and nearby vicinity
-provide daily, monthly and quarterly reports on the corporate department progress to the head of the department.
-Act as mentor and provide guidance and support to team members for their betterment and improving of overall performance of the corporate department.
-supervise dealing with corporate client regarding estimate, approvals, and patient intimation.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Other Requirements: 4 to 5 years of experience
