Position: Assistant Manager QA
Location: Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, Sukkur Campus
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Quality Management System functions smoothly and performance is maintained.
- Work with Department Seniors to achieve quality goals and targets.
- Assist in strategic planning of given assignments.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Follow advances in healthcare technology and systems for Quality Improvement.
- Meticulous analytical skills.
- Effective communication with other health professionals, staff, and customers.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellence in recording, analyzing, and distributing statistical information (writing reports).
- Perform regular hospital rounds to assess quality working (clinical & non-clinical domains).
- Prepare reports on hospital rounds.
- Actively participate in internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Graduate, Master’s Degree Preferred
- Professional Qualification: Short Relevant training/courses in Quality Management Systems and other is preferred
- Experience: 2-4 years, preferably in a hospital QA background
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Overall Patient Satisfaction: Calculating satisfaction levels by combining several factors
- Identify quality-related bottlenecks in the system and prepare a systematic analysis for the same
- Propose quality indicators and get them approved by the QA Head for Implementation and monitoring of the process
- Be a part of the event management team (QA) and ensure the smooth functioning of the same

Position: Laundry Manager
Location: Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, Sukkur Campus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training, scheduling, supervising, and assisting employees and coordinating linen handling such as daily sorting and inventory, distributing clean linen, and organizing inventory.
- Manages the daily operations of a laundry services department.
- Assigns and reviews the work of laundry employees engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging, and delivering laundry to various departments. Â
- Make requisitions for laundry supplies like detergents, soaps, bleaches, disinfectants, starches, etc., and maintain proper records of the supplies and the items that have been laundered. Â
- Coordinate with the Engineering department about their routine maintenance of the equipment.
- Check all linen for stains and damage and report in case damaged.
- Coordinate linen handling such as daily sorting and inventory, clean linen distribution, solid linen collection, and storage room organization. Â
- Plan and judge for uniform replacement and ensure that the management of uniform is proper or done accordingly (replacement & damage).
- Recruit, train, and supervise laundry staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry operations, including inventory, usage, and maintenance logs.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Graduate / Masters preferred.
- Experience: 05 Years of progressive experience in Laundry Management especially a hospital background.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ensuring appropriate washing of linen and uniform as per standard.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
